Not only will there be space to slow down and connect deeply to yourself and your yoga practice, but we will also be connecting with community, adventuring together to see temples and holy sites, enjoying nature, and traditional ritual too.

Every year, millions of pilgrims from all over India and the world visit to bathe in the Holy Ganges, visit auspicious temples, and deepen their spiritual and yoga practices.

Rishikesh in itself allows for slowing down and finding that inner connection, and our beautiful accommodation on the outer skirts of town, away from the hustle and bustle, will bring even more of this.
Every morning we will share a yoga practice and fire ceremony. We will also be practicing various meditations throughout to tap into your inner world.
Evenings will be spent overlooking the Ganga, practicing yoga, chilling, sharing, journaling, or in solitude, as you wish - your retreat, you decide :)
Our retreat is the ideal combination of yoga, ritual, exploring, and relaxing, and will leave you feeling rejuvenated, and inspired.
This week is for you if you are wanting to step outside of your comfort zone, dive deeper into your yoga practice, and spend a week connecting with yourself and with the people around you. A week full of love, yoga, and adventure :)
You don't need any prior knowledge to get full benefits and enjoy this retreat fully. You will be guided every step of the way.

Location
Rishikesh is a vegetarian city by law, so all the food prepared and shared is vegetarian/vegan. The food served for us will be plant-based, wholesome and nourishing satvik food.
Most of our meals will be held at our accommodation but we will go out for a few so that we have a chance to enjoy the lovely cafes in Rishikesh when out and about.
